    Fault arc detection based on artificial neural network

    A diagnosis method of the series electric arc is proposed inthis thesis, using an artificial neural network (ANN). The arc fault data wascollected with the help of a laboratory arc generator. The feature used is the arcdata processed by discrete wavelet transform (DWT).
